Gather data for utilizing in design conceptualizing stage to execute a design concept based on the data gathering.
Develop new retail formats to increase Central’s competitive advantage.
Strategize concept of new and renovation projects to best serve target market including mall and competitor program, target analysis, retail zoning, tenant strategy, interior concept, service and marketing plan.
Coordinate with Leasing and Marketing teams to implement business models and concepts of projects.
Monitor sales, traffic and brand-in-brand-out of shopping centers including area surveying and detailed competitor analysis.
Thai nationality only
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Marketing or related fields.
At least 5 years’ experience with retail strategy, business designer or strategic marketing.
Having experience in property development retail business would be an advantage
Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
Strong Creative talents, analytical and planning and the ability to solve tough problems.
