Responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the general operating maintenance, repair, security, and cleaning operation to maintain proper operations of the Shopping Mall.
Oversee the general operations of the building maintenance team, security team, and cleaning management team to ensure that the Shopping Mall is maintained in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner to meet the shopper experience and customer centric.
Responsible for team hiring, evaluating, coaching, motivating, monitoring performance, and team supervising in accordance with company policy.
Oversee requisite supplies or equipment used in cleaning, maintenance, security, fire prevention, and construction duties.
Ability to work collaboratively with outsource contractor, supportive team atmosphere, and maintain courteous and professional working relationships with clients, vendors, and valued customer.
Evaluate and understand customers’ behaviors, including tenants, to create the best experience as possible when using our facilities.
Develop and planning to improve all facility to be excellent for all customer and tenants.
Perform additional duties as assigned by Management team according to the special needs.
10+ years of relevant working experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Management, Business Management, Hotel Management, or related.
Experience in building management (shopping centers or commercial building is preferred).
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Knowledge and experience in managing outsource (cleaning, lost and prevention, security).
Good communication skills, service mind, and ability to work under pressure.
