JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead team to achieve annual sales target and effective execution of an integrated advertising program to enhance on-site media sales and generate positive results for the overall success of the shopping center
  • Develop strategic sales plans and team’s performance with management oversight that will maximize sales revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Drive new business development activities, including identifying new opportunities to further penetrate the target market segments
  • Initiate forward thinking and insightful analysis to develop innovative ways to meet customer’s needs and enhance their presence in consumers’ eyes
  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration related to on-site media and  ensure successful end-to-end sales delivery
  • Provide team with strategic and tactical leadership to achieve objectives
  • Build and maintain long-term partner relationships with new and existing customers ensuring the company is positioned as a true value-added provider supporting their goals and objectives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing, account management, media planning or business development
  • At least 3 years’ experience in team management with strong negotiation skill
  • Experience working in property development or advertising/entertainment required
  • Proven track record of consistent success in sales performance and customer satisfaction and in managing a complex sales cycle
  • Strong leadership and team building skills including the ability to successfully motivate and influence effectively across team
  • Ability to pro-actively identify issues/obstacles and effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
